What do I need to do?

Take the 4-Step Course. Use a web browser to display the Mutual Assurance Registration Request Form. Complete the Request Form online and then print it out on standard letter paper. Sign and date the request and mail completed Request Form to Embassy Of Heaven Church.

Your Mutual Assurance Policy Number is a customized request, so please allow three weeks for processing.

Upon acceptance, a Policy number will be created and an email will be sent with login information. Login to Mutual Assurance and change your password. You will now be able to print a customized Policy Certificate. Go forth and be a good representative of the Kingdom of Heaven.
